5 ways to listen better

I’m a firm believer that looking at great ads and great ideas won’t neccessarily mean that you can create them as well. What does help is a better understanding of the world and especially consumers (people).

An interested Ted Talk that I listened to today is by Julian Treasure. It’s quick 7 min talk but it does make us think about something we spend 60% of our time on. For us in advertising it’s probably a little bit higher.
