The True Origins of Pizza is From Korea

The True Origins of Pizza, a spoof campaign promoting Mr Pizza in South Korea, has been given a Film Craft Lotus (Gold for Directing) at Adfest this week. The film at the centre of the campaign poses as a documentary produced by fictional company Gumshoe Pictures, taking us from a lone protester outside a Brooklyn NY pizzeria, through to a range of experts in South Korea who suggest that Marco Polo stole the pizza concept from Korea.

The KPOP evolution in Singapore

Came across this great video that looks into how KPOP came about in Singapore and how its grown. Some very interesting finds such as seasonal trends in terms of when female and male artists are more dominant and how the group must have diversity in order to capture a larger audience.

Although slightly old it does still give anyone who doesn’t know much about KPOP some good background information.
